Structure |
| The
organization is comprised of the 28 local workforce boards.
Each board area is represented by one board member and the
board director. Each person has one vote for a total of 56
voting members. The bylaws require that the TAWB chair and
vice-chair are board members. The secretary and treasurer
are board staff. The four officers and the President of the
Directors' Council comprise the Executive Committee. Advisory
to the TAWB is the Directors' Council, which is comprised
of the 28 local board directors. This group reports to the
TAWB and has no separate bylaws or decision making authority. |

Membership |
| Membership
is open only to local workforce boards. Currently 27 of the
28 boards have paid annual membership dues. |
